On other side there are some people lives in rural areas are not aware of proper education. they are not sending their children to school because they still believe in "more hands more money" theory. so government always launch new schemes to make them aware and now government launched new scheme for making compulsory education to children up-to 18 years old. the main reason to launch this scheme is to stop child labor.
