University of Lowa also known with the name of UI. U of L or simply Lowa. This university is public research university. Lowa is founded in 1847 located in Lowa city. it's the most old university in the town. Mr. J.B.Harreld is the President of this university.Student strength of this university is more that 32000.along with this Administrative staff is more than 2300. After the establishment of this university just in 59 days after Lowa was admitted in Union.

The campus of lowa university is designed by architect D. E . COOK. the campus is borderd park Road. the main thing of this campus is the Lowa river flows through the campus which this campus into west sand east sides. there are different blocks  for each

According to the Germany Researches discovered that it's better to east pure protein meal in the morning time, then the breakfast that rich in protein, carbohydrates and fat. By taking pure protein breakfast, body produce more Anabolic hormones and also inhibits the production of cortisol. Participants in this research were men aged 18-40 years old and they consumed mixture of 25gm of amino acids in a glass of water in the morning time.

That mixture contained :-

Some about Health

Every person in this world can live happy life if his or her health vise fit and sound. that,s why many people do workout out to keep their body healthy and fit. some of them go to gym and some do walk as per their need. it is good to be healthy bu on other side there are some people in this world who are facing problems because of their unhealthy body. it all happens because their diet is not proper or they are quit busy in their work that make s them fatty or week. So to over come from these type of problems i want to write some tips to make them fit. First of all Bed tea is not good for health, 70 percent of world people are addicted to bed tea, but bed tea create acid in their body so my suggestion is to avoid bed tea as much you can.

Secondly everybody must drink 2-3 glasses of warm water it helps to solve the constipation problem as almost everybody is suffering from this problem. after that walk for at least 45-60 mints walk, because morning walk is very good for our health and it increases oxygen level in our body. Most importantly I always suggest people to do yoga. it helps our health and increases the immune system of the body.with the help of yoga our mind and body become very sound and healthy.

Some people don't do proper breakfast. this is the biggest mistake they are doing in these days. skipping breakfast doesn't you slim. skipping breakfast make body weak and some of them cam get fatty.because they eat alot in lunch. So my suggestion is to eat proper and healthy breakfast so that your body can perform well.

The motto of  this university is "A Skilled Hand, a Cultivated Mind" Former name of Royal Melbourne Institute Of Technology in 1887-1993 was working men's college and from 1934-1959 it's name was Melbourne Technical college. This University is socially and economically  very strong.
